Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Online Communications Specialist to join our team at Cablevision Systems in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level professional with 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our online communication channels to engage with our audience and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to reach a wider audience and increase brand visibility - Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze online engagement metrics to assess the success of communication efforts - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all online platforms - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online communications - Assist with planning and executing online events and campaigns - Manage online advertising campaigns to optimize reach and engagement - Respond to online inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
