Online Social Media Manager

As the Online Social Media Manager at Packaging Corp. of America in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement with customers and prospects.

Responsibilities: - Create and maintain a social media calendar to ensure consistent content across various platforms - Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events - Monitor social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement - Develop partnerships with influencers and other organizations to expand the company's online presence

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of creating engaging social media content - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong project management and organizational skills - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Ability to make decisions quickly and adapt to changing circumstances - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
