Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Public Relations Associate to join our team at Reinsurance Group of America. This is a full-time remote position based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate level PR professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our public relations strategy.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic PR plans to enhance the company's reputation and brand awareness - Manage communication with stakeholders including media, clients, and partners - Write press releases, articles, and other promotional materials - Organize and coordinate media events, press conferences, and interviews - Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare reports for senior management - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for proactive PR initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in PR or related field - Proven track record of successful PR campaigns - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software - Energetic and motivated personality - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills
