Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Social Media Manager to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals - Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies - Stay current on social media trends and best practices - Report on social media performance to senior management

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in social media marketing - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Motivated and energetic personality - Strong teamwork and emotional intelligence skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines - Knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices
