Account & Relationship Management (Sales) We’re L’affare. The coffee business. Ever since 1990. We were born out of a love for espresso, in Wellington at our café and HQ. 32 years later, we’re still there on College Street. One of New Zealand’s beloved Specialty Coffee roasters, we supply over 500 cafes and supermarkets around New Zealand and run our own two flagship cafes – Caffe L’affare in College St, Wellington and L’affare Newmarket, Auckland. L’affare is one of 5 fresh coffee brands in the UCC-Coffee group, that operate throughout New Zealand and Australia. The opportunity: Our ambition is bold, and your role is to turn this ambition into reality. As our Sales Account Manager you’ll lead growth and innovation by searching out the best cafes within the lower North Island region and will bring them on board with L’affare. Our focus isn't just on the partnerships with our customers but also on cultivating a connection with our coffee. We take pride in our brand and our people. The world of specialty coffee offers abundant opportunities for learning and involvement, like the latte art throwdowns, Splore and national food and beverage events. With ongoing support from our collaborative and close-knit sales and marketing team you’ll be set up for success. Who are we looking for? You may be someone with lots of sales/account management experience, or someone who has a year or two of sales under their belt. Either way, this is your opportunity into the world of specialty coffee. You'll be familiar with the fact that in this market, holding onto existing business is just as vital as acquiring new customers. We are seeking individuals driven by passion and motivated by building strong relationships. What we offer?
