Due to a recent promotion, the Garador Auckland family is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their Sales and Customer Service team. What's in it for you? Provide excellent customer service Communicate with customers face to face, by phone and by email on sales and service enquiries Coordinate job bookings for the installation of new/repair existing garage doors, gates or automation solutions Provide administrative support such as data entry and emails management Manage online builder site management tools, i.e. Buildertrend, Rave, Compass etc. Responsible for showroom sales, sales conversion, and follow-up calls after the initial quote Develop new business opportunities with potential trade & retail clients by way of cold calling, booking appointments, and business networking Work closely with the sales team and office staff to ensure market intelligence is shared amongst team members in Christchurch and Auckland. What do you need? 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is ideal, but training can be provided to the right candidate Technology savvy with solid Outlook, Excel and Word work experience Solution-focused with a 'can-do' attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn, grow and ask questions.
