Animates is New Zealand's leading pet care company with 46 pet specialty retail stores, 28 grooming salons and 15 vet clinics and growing. You'll join our Whangarei team full of passionate animal lovers. We're a vibrant and busy store, with a great team culture and loyal customer base. This position is permanent part time, 24 hours per week on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.What will I be doing?This isn't your regular customer service role. Here at Animates, the advice you give and the products you sell make a real difference to the lives of pets.Our values-led culture and extensive training will develop your expertise to provide specialist nutrition advice, suggest educational toys and know what fish species make good tank-mates + much more!
