We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our busy and friendly team. You will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be providing proactive administrative support while working closely with our Sales Team and many other aspects of the business.About the roleDevelopment and execution of company's marketing campaigns to boost our promotional efforts.Support to the office team, when required.CustomersDevelop and maintain communication with key and potential customers/buyersPrepare required reports/forms as per each key customer system requirements/platformIntroducing new productsSubmitting tendersListed products price reviews and details updatesHandle customer complaint and liaison with the internal complaint procedureAssist with developing promotional activities planPromotional price and cyclesPlan seasonal promotions (Easter, Halloween, Christmas ranges, etc.)Organising events and exhibitionsAssist with new products development and compliance, new Products LaunchingMaintain Price Lists (Product details, Selling Prices, RRP, Quantity discounts, etc.)Maintain the Production and Distribution of stock reports highlighting low/out of stock productsMaintain the product databaseConducting market research on competitors to augment marketing effortsProduce regular reports and sales materials to assist the sales teamSales Analysis and reportingAdvertising/PromotionsDeveloping and printing brochures/flyersDevelop, Email and Distribution of newslettersSocial media posts/update/Responds (Website, Facebook, and Instagram)Monitoring social media traffic to measure the public's perception of the company's brandAbout youMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.Sales experience in food service, supermarket, retail, deli, and grocery industries.High level of computer knowledge and experience (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Medias, and photo editing).Be Tech savvy.Social media advertising knowledge and experience.Excellent communication and public speaking skills.Able to use initiative and analytical approach to identify and prevent future problems.Attention to details and accuracy in spelling, writing and proof reading of Artwork, Labels, and creative copies.Team player with a can-do attitude.To apply for this exciting opportunity, please submit your application through Seek.
