Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for building positive employee relations? We're seeking a motivated Senior HR Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. You'll play a vital role in managing all HR functions for our group of entities, ensuring compliance, fostering a strong company culture, and partnering with management on strategic HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and payroll.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant government regulations and labour laws (Employment Act, etc.)
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on HR matters.
- Address employee relations concerns, manage grievances, and oversee disciplinary processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and utilize the HRIS system effectively.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic HR plans.
- Proactively advise management on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Build and foster a positive and engaging work environment for all employees.
- Handle corporate and group insurance matters
- Collaborate with internal departments and external parties for business activities like month-end account closing etc.
- Staff leave and claim management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role
- In-depth knowledge of Singaporean labour laws, Employment Act, and government regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
