* Join a newly created Enablement team supporting survey and title operations, * Design the training delivery programme and the coordination of change activity across the operations group, * A focus on continuous improvement relating to systems and processes.Korero mo te turanga - About the role The Property Rights scheme provides people with certainty regarding land ownership, guaranteeing what is owned, who owns it, where it is, ownership rights and how ownership can be transferred.The Property Rights group within LINZ is an operational team of approximately 200 people who are responsible for approving survey plans and titles dealings which are submitted by surveyors and conveyancers via the Landonline system.A reorganisation of the group has created a three branches within Property Rights operations: People, Delivery and Enablement.The People branch is accountable for 'home' leadership of all staff, the Delivery branch is accountable for 'work' delivery of all services, and the Enablement branch supports People and Delivery by providing functions such as quality assurance, business intelligence and the coordination of training delivery.The Senior Solution Delivery Specialist sits within the new Enablement branch.Experience operating within enabling functions within an operational environment will be advantageous.The role requires a proven track record of implementing change across large teams, and experience working across teams to deliver on strategic and operational priorities.A key priority will be to develop a plan for the delivery of technical training within Property Rights, working with the Delivery area and also the central People team (who are responsible for developing training material).You will identify, analyse and prioritise opportunities for automation and process improvements and ensure the successful implementation of process changes within the delivery teams.Also playing a key role in building the backlog for the Landonline system enhancement, helping deliver survey and title transactions in a more timely and accurate way for our customers.And contribute to the development of operational reporting and new performance metrics for Property Rights.The role will require skill in leading through influence and fostering positive working relationships to get things done.Stakeholder engagement and management will be key to success.He pukenga tou -
