Based from our George Bellew Road Depot the successful applicant for this position will be responsible for the full remit of our SDM duties which includes : leading and managing the front-line service delivery staff Financial Management Managing health and wellbeing of our staff and couriers Ensuring that service standards within the Delivery Service Centre and local area are being consistently met or exceeded Facilities Management Contractor Management and ComplianceThis position also has responsibility for Rural and Provincial Delivery Partners therefore experience working with external contractors and partners would be advantageous. You will be ready to take the next step in your career and will be able to clearly articulate that you have great leadership skills and a solid understanding of our business, or the ability to learn our business quickly thanks to your career history within similar commercial services organisations. You'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience : Business or Operations Management related qualification Operational leadership or service delivery experience Experience working with contractors Excellent customer relationship management experience People Leadership experience Strong Commercial Acumen Budget Management Advanced computer skills office 365 and multiple application platforms including CRM.
