Antipodes is a fast growing, global brand headquartered in Wellington and exporting across the world.  Role Summary   Are you a social media expert? Are you dynamic, analytical and passionate about skincare?    The Social Media & Marketing Specialist is a key hands-on role for Antipodes, responsible for executing the global plan from a social media and marketing perspective. In this role you will work to optimise reach and engagement across all social channels, constantly analysing data to establish what content and campaigns deliver the best ROI from paid investment/boosting and work to hit monthly KPI’s. You will take ownership of existing above the line campaigns and negotiate stretch plans with key media agencies. This role will report directly to Antipodes Communications lead and Creative Director.  This role is full-time on-site in our award-winning central Wellington office. Responsibilities include:   Paid & Organic Social Media Marketing: Responsible for optimising engagement and reach across all social channels – including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Youtube and Linkedin. Work closely with creative team to build out an optimised content calendar month on month for global markets. You will set the strategy but will not be required to create content.  Track ROI for Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok to ensure Antipodes grows engagement quickly. Above the Line (ATL) Campaign Management: Work with all key NZ media outlets, negotiate and manage above the line media campaigns.  Data Analysis:  Establish a test-measure-learn feedback loop with our creative team to drive consistent improvements. Provide weekly analysis of best-performing content to feed into creative team.  Research & Market Insight:  Work with creative director to conduct consumer research to establish key claims and gain a deeper understanding of consumer behaviour. Qualifications   3-5+ years experience in a performance marketing or digital first marketing role Entrepreneurial, ensures there is ROI at every step and makes every dollar count, not reliant on big budgets to drive results. Experience running efficient paid media campaigns across Meta and TikTok  Experience managing and negotiating above the line media campaigns Experience collaborating with creative teams to turn ideas into high-performing outputs  Ability to clearly communicate results, key findings, and areas of opportunities  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment Strong analytical skills  High attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
