Architects (Information & Communication Technology) We're seeking a proactive and experienced Team Lead – Salesforce Delivery to join this sought after public sector client. In this pivotal role, you'll lead and establish their Salesforce delivery framework, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and strategies. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing programmes of work across their multi-org Salesforce landscape, driving successful delivery and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Responsibilities: Strategic Management: Steer the Salesforce delivery team towards high-quality outcomes that align with their strategic business objectives. Oversee all aspects of the Salesforce delivery process to contribute to significant business plans and programmes of work. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships across the team and company, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline service delivery and improve business value. Technical Leadership: Stay updated on Salesforce industry trends and technological developments, sharing knowledge and insights with internal and external stakeholders. Provide expert technical advice and recommendations to ensure successful delivery of projects and wider domain strategies. Service Delivery: Develop and lead the Salesforce Delivery team capability, including people, processes, methodologies, and technology. Ensure alignment of projects with the wider portfolio Collaborate with product, project, and programme managers to ensure technology development aligns with agreed parameters. People Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage the Salesforce subject matter experts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Set quality, performance, and capability targets for the team, providing constructive feedback and addressing individual issues. Experience: Extensive experience leading Salesforce platform teams, including hiring, managing, and growing team members. Proven experience in Salesforce development, vendor management, and working within a multiple-org Salesforce landscape. Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
