Step up in to a leadership position with a balance between people management & operational leadership within general theatres. About the role: With a passion for leadership, and strong clinical experience you will be the 'go to' person for General and Head & Neck theatres. This will be a great first step in to leadership as you will have lots of support in this role from both the charge nurse and theatre manager. Working full time, Mon-Fri you will be responsible for the resourcing and procurement of both staff and equipment.
