We're excited to announce that our Auckland team is actively accepting applications from candidates for the role of  Class 2 Truck Driver to join our hardworking and passionate Auckland team.  Candidates should have a Class 2 driver's licence and the ability to drive a manual vehicle. If you are a motivated individual, we would love to have you join our dedicated and enthusiastic team. How will you spend your days? This role would see you responsible for providing the safe transportation and delivery of scaffolding and equipment to and from our yard to job sites. You will also fill your day with yard and labouring duties as required (as time allows). Working days and hours will be on a roster from Monday to Saturday so flexibility is a must. Minimum guaranteed hours of work – 40 hours per week. Hands-on to assist in the preparation of loads for delivery Ensure equipment and plant are allocated correctly to enable completion of jobs on time Accurately account for, sort and record all equipment returning to the yard Ensure any company property including all plant, tools and equipment is maintained, repaired and stored safely and securely Ensure company vehicles are kept clean and presentable at all times (inside and out) Manage time effectively to avoid unnecessary delays Comply with company policies, procedures and all legal requirements that impact your role We would love to talk to you if you: Hold a current Class 2 driver's license for the role and the ability to drive a manual vehicle Minimum 1-year experience as a Class 2 driver Have the ability to get to work on time Can-do attitude Good communicator Customer service and delivery focused Are reliable, honest, organised, and hardworking Are a team player, and have the ability to work independently Able to follow instructions and take initiative where required Willing to comply with Health & Safety and legal requirements Preferred Forklift licence What's in it for you? * A great team culture where we enjoy celebrating our successes and supporting each other * Good hourly rates and overtime * Wellbeing programme (including sporting events) * Employee benefits program (including access to Health Now Employer Aid) * Awesome team environment * Long-term rewarding career * Development and progression opportunities and much more!
