As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for the fabrication, welding, and assembly of metal parts according to specifications, blueprints, and work orders. You will be working with a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, and other metals. This is a position for somebody who is also looking at leadership/management opportunities for their future. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate metal parts and structures using a variety of tools and techniques, including cutting, bending, and welding. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to determine the layout and specifications for each project. Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and comply with all safety regulations and procedures. Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client. Show leadership and ability to interact with customers and potentially help manage the business in the owners absence Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication and welding essential Knowledge of various types of metal and their properties. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods of time. Strong communication skills and ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
