About the Programme:

Starting March 2026, our 2.5-year Graduate Programme gives you hands-on experience across the entire Vulcan business. During your rotations, you will:

• Drive and support distribution and logistics operations to deliver steel products across New Zealand and Australia.
• Gain practical experience in processing and manufacturing.
• Work with internal sales teams on customer quoting, order management, and service delivery.
• Work alongside external sales representatives to understand client engagement, build strong relationships, and manage your own customer portfolio.
• Contribute to operational improvements, health & safety initiatives, and efficiency projects.

This programme is designed to set you up for a leadership career at Vulcan by giving you the chance to learn, grow, and lead. On completion, you’ll step into a permanent role within our business.

We want motivated graduates who are eager to get hands-on and learn every aspect of our business. You’ll ideally have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Logistics.
• Completion of undergraduate study within the last 2 years (2024–2025).
• Must be based in Auckland for the duration of the programme.
• New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork potential, with initiative to take on challenges.
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn in a hands-on operational environment.
• Interest in the metals, logistics, or industrial sector.
• Full driver’s licence.

 As health & safety is important to us, successful candidates will complete a pre-employment medical and drug screen.
