3PL Reach Truck Operator - Auckland

We're looking for experienced 3PL Reach Truck Operators to join our Highbrook 3PL warehouse team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on warehouse role where you'll be operating a reach truck while also helping with pick packing and general warehouse duties. You'll be working across our chiller and freezer warehouses, so you'll need to be comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments. 

Your day may include:

• Operating a reach truck to move and stack stock safely


• Picking, packing and checking customer orders


• Helping to load or unload containers 


• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required


• Completing stock counts and inventory checks


• Following all Health & Safety procedures

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer a choice of shifts to suit your lifestyle, with opportunities to pick up additional hours, including weekend work when available.

What We're Looking For

• Current OSH Forklift Licence with Reach Truck endorsement (essential)


• TSP (Turret Stock Picker) licence is desirable but not essential


• At least 1 year of experience operating a reach truck


• Willing to assist with general warehouse duties when not operating the reach truck


• Able to work additional hours, including weekends, to meet operational requirements when needed


• Comfortable working in chilled and freezer environments


• Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player


• Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
