It is essential that the successful candidate for this position possess the following attributes:

• An extensive knowledge of and passion for the Food and Beverage industry with a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a supervisory position and in a similar high-end establishment
• A people person, committed to a career in hospitality, with a desire to deliver and exceed expectations in guest service
• The ability to provide exceptional leadership and role-modelling to the team, leading from the front and ensuring the focus is on delivering and exceeding expectations in guest service
• Extensive knowledge of local and international wines
• Possess a good working knowledge of  SwiftPOS (or similar property management system)
• Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) and General Manager's Certificate 
• High motivation and energy level
• Immaculate in their appearance

Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. You must be either a New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a current and open work visa with at least 12 months until expiry.
