Account & Business Development Manager - Building & Construction

We’re looking for an experienced salesperson with strong technical problem‑solving skills to join our Palmerston North team. In this role, you’ll manage key building & construction accounts, grow new business, and represent the Anzor brand with pride.

About the Role: 

• Your number one priority will be to help us grow the Anzor brand and user base in the building & construction space, by acquiring new customers every month


• Identify opportunities, hunt out new business, and deliver exceptional customer service


• Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets
  


• Manage strong customer relationships through outstanding communication skills


• Work well with the wider teams and help the branch out when needed

We’re after someone: 

• With a minimum of 2 years' proven face-to-face B2B sales experience


• With proven experience in generating excellent sales growth


• Comfortable delivering on, and exceeding targets


• With existing contacts/relationships in the building & construction sector (would be advantageous)


• Who has a great sense of humour and strong communication skills


• Tech‑savvy, quick to learn, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment


• Who has experience with fasteners or trade‑related industries (preferred, not essential)
