Job Description - Account & Business Development Manager (Commercial & Civil) - Christchurch

We’re looking for an experienced salesperson with strong technical problem‑solving skills to join our Christchurch team. In this role, you’ll manage key commercial & civil accounts, grow new business, and represent the Anzor brand with pride.

What you’ll be doing

Growing Anzor’s presence in the commercial & civil sector by consistently acquiring new customers

Identifying opportunities, hunting out new business, and delivering exceptional customer service

Driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets

Building strong, long‑term customer relationships through excellent communication

Collaborating with the wider team and supporting branch operations when needed

What you’ll bring

Minimum 2 years’ face‑to‑face B2B sales experience

Proven ability to generate and grow sales

Confidence in meeting and exceeding targets

Existing civil‑sector relationships (advantageous)

A great sense of humour and strong communication skills

Tech‑savvy, quick to learn, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment

Experience with fasteners or trade‑related industries (preferred, not essential)
