Digital Account Manager - Our client is a creative agency based in Britomart, specialising in the NZ wine and spirits industry. They are part of an umbrella of 3 businesses, who operate with a small core team, and work with a wider range of freelancers as required. Due to growth, they are looking for a Digital Account Manager. In this role, you will lead their clients' digital marketing and content strategies, while also owning the marketing initiatives for the business. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. Account Manager / Producer – 3 Month Contract  - Our client is a creative agency based in Britomart, specialising in the NZ wine and spirits industry. They are part of an umbrella of 3 businesses, who operate with a small core team, and work with a wider range of freelancers as needed. This is a 3 month contract with an immediate start. Due to growth, they are looking for an Account Manager / Producer with a focus on social and digital, along with a good understanding of the creative process. You might be a junior level Digital Marketer / Account Manager who can handle retainer clients or you may be a more seasoned Project Manager / Producer to support the team across various domains including a documentary project, strategy development and client servicing. The role will also be responsible for the marketing of the studio including LinkedIn, website and strategy. Reference #36863

 

Campaign Director - This role is responsible for determining strategic recommendations for new and current business, presenting and overseeing the implementation of these recommendations. With prior experience in a senior level Client Manager role, you will be able to build trusted relationships with all members of the Client team including non-marketing senior executives, and are confident to support the wider team to deliver on briefs. Digital capability is key to this role, with competency required in Meta Business Suite, and Google Suite. You will have an excellent understanding of creative campaigns, knowing what will connect with audiences from a content standpoint. An important part of the role is Client campaign management and campaign delivery including writing briefs, championing, initiating and presenting excellent creative work and supervising studio, artwork, video production, audio sessions and despatch as required. The Business Development and Campaign Director is considered a senior leadership role with responsibility for the delivery and standard of the Agency’s strategy on assigned current accounts and new business opportunities. Digital Senior Account Manager /  Account Director -The right person for this role will of course have prior client service experience within an agency, and come with strong experience in planning, delivering and measuring social media content and media campaigns for clients. This position will deliver digital production, social media creative assets and media delivery across key digital platforms. The ability to add value through Google Analytics and ad managing and serving platforms is important. You will be a digital native, interested in innovation and helping clients specifically work the digital angles of their strategy. You will be a key point of contact between the client and the agency, contributing to broader creative briefs as well as digital briefs, and communication decisions, and also ensuring that the client’s work is delivered on time and to brief. This is a small, high performing team, with a strong senior presence and a muck-in approach. Account Director - Our client is a well regarded video and motion production studio based in Ponsonby, Auckland who are looking for an Account Director to join their small but high performing team. This role requires someone that has proven client service skills and experience, and an understanding of the technical requirements related to moving imagery (and stills) to help bring to life the creative ideas with a focus on creativity under time and budget limitations. With at least 4 years’ project management or production experience, you’ll be delivering large scale TVP, digital and content projects. With solid experience in an agency environment, you will be buttoned down with processes, and be a proven client lead, able to identify opportunities in your accounts. Working alongside the Creative Director, you will have a pivotal role in the business growth, and team culture. Reference #35323
