We are looking for an Account Manager that is responsible for building and growing Kotahi’s customer base by identifying new commercial opportunities and developing strong, trust-based, day-to-day relationships with customers.
As a growth-focused role (70% hunting), the Account Manager actively engages the market to generate
qualified leads, understand emerging customer needs, explore service requirements, and bring new opportunities into Kotahi. The remaining 30% of the role focuses on managing and nurturing a defined customer portfolio; maintaining strong, trusted daily relationships, supporting customers through operational realities, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality service experience. The Account Manager proactively identifies dissatisfaction or
emerging risks and acts early to address and resolve issues, ensuring continuity and customer confidence.
The role also supports renewal cycles and contract continuity, ensuring existing customers remain aligned to Kotahi’s value proposition and connected to growing opportunities within the network. Account Managers work closely with Freight Solutions Specialists and operational teams to support the development of feasible, value-driven solutions that meet customer requirements. This role strengthens Kotahi’s ability to deliver scalable, repeatable, and high-quality customer management, ensuring customers experience reliable execution and a consistent connection to Kotahi’s freight solutions.
