About the Role



This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy Account Manager to play a pivotal role in Jade’s continued growth.



As a trusted partner to our customers, you'll be responsible for strengthening strategic relationships, uncovering growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You won't just manage accounts, you'll help customers solve critical business challenges while influencing the future direction of an innovative and evolving product.



Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams, you'll contribute to the wider growth strategy, bringing market insights, customer feedback, and commercial expertise to the table. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with customers across New Zealand and Australia while making a genuine impact in a highly relevant and rapidly growing industry.



What You'll Be Doing



Build and Grow Strategic Relationships



  • Develop trusted, long-term partnerships with key customers.

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer objectives, challenges, and business drivers.

  • Deliver ongoing value through proactive engagement, service reviews, and solution-focused support.


Identify and Drive Growth Opportunities



  • Proactively uncover opportunities to expand existing relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new solutions.

  • Understand market trends and customer needs to position Jade's offerings effectively.

  • Create compelling business cases that demonstrate value and return on investment.


Lead Account Strategy



  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer goals and Jade's growth objectives.

  • Manage sales pipelines, opportunities, forecasting, and reporting with accuracy and confidence.

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure delivery excellence and customer success.


Deliver Commercial Results



  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and account plans to support business planning.

  • Contribute to a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture.



About You



You're an experienced Account Manager who combines commercial acumen with a genuine passion for building customer relationships and delivering outcomes.



You'll bring:



  • 3+ years' experience in SaaS, technology sales, or account management, ideally within FinTech, Financial Services, Compliance, Risk, or Financial Crime sectors.

  • A proven history of managing and growing strategic customer accounts while consistently achieving sales targets.

  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • The ability to confidently engage stakeholders at all levels and influence decision making.

  • Strong commercial thinking with a customer-first approach.

  • An analytical mindset and the ability to translate market insights into growth opportunities.

  • Experience with ERP and CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools, preferably HubSpot.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.

  • A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to shared team success.
