The Storyteq APAC team seeks a technically minded account manager to join our tight knit team in our Takapuna office.
The role:
We are looking for a technically-minded Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with at least 3 years agency or Martech provider experience. You'll:
- Manage our client relationships across our key Martech products
- Be responsible for client onboarding and training
- Handle day-to-day system enhancement projects and deal with daily support requests from our growing client base
- Have an intimate understanding of the content production process and typical client/agency production workflows
- Be comfortable with technology with the ability to quickly learn new tech applications
- Be a great and confident communicator, with a strong customer service ethic and the ability to develop strong client relationships through personality, responsiveness and attention to detail
Skills needed
- You're from an ad agency, web-development or SASS company or Martech background.
- You’re solutions focused, a problem solver, with strong project management skills
- You're tech savvy and learn how the software works quickly, and across our multiple tech solutions
- You know your stuff and can speak confidently to digital technologies and marketing (you will be running meetings and onboarding projects)
- You're driven to exceed client expectations.
- You have excellent client facing, presentation and communications skills
- You have outstanding attention to detail.
- You're happy to work autonomously or collaborate as a team.You’ll have natural multi-tasking abilities and can juggle client demands based on priorities.
- You love the idea of being part of small intimate team and understand you will wear many different hats
- Salary indication of $75-90k depending on experience.
