What you’ll be doing 

You’ll join a team of high-performing regional Account Managers, preferably reside in the beautiful Napier region, and be charged with delivering exceptional sales results for a business in serious growth mode! To do this, you’ll be growing our fuel volume portfolio, sourcing new business opportunities, following up on leads and maintaining strong relationships with our valued Kiwi customers. 

This is an ‘ownership’ role so you’ll be responsible for the lifecycle of fuel sales for your territory including maintaining the call plan, full end-to-end sales process, maintaining client information in our CRM, preparing sales data, and reporting on and providing solution-based advice for our customers.

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive sales experience.  You must be a self-starter who is highly motivated and enjoys exceeding your own targets, with excellent communication, time management and planning skills.  You’ll be able to demonstrate a record of sales success, gained by innovative thinking and partnering with customers.  Delivery is key – this role is part of a wider team, but is autonomous, so you’ll need to be results-focused and driven with a hunger to close the deal!

With proven experience in customer service and account management, you’ll be confident in a male-dominated environment, thrive under pressure, and have an energetic approach towards work. The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships is essential.
