Account Manager - Join a Market Leader

About the role:

Working in the Healthcare market and based in Christchurch, we are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our high-growth, innovative and market leading Healthcare Division covering the South Island. You will champion our cutting-edge Endoscopy related products and forge lasting relationships within healthcare facilities, playing a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of the endoscopy sterilization processes. 

You will have the opportunity to form a strategy that allows you to grow, retain and find new growth opportunities across the South Island. If you are ready to elevate patient safety and shape the future of healthcare this is your chance to make a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets within the endoscopy sterilization sector
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers
• Collaborate with all levels of healthcare professionals to understand their needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions and technical support
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key decision makers
• Stay informed of industry trends, regulations and advancements in endoscopy sterilization technology to provide informed recommendations to clients

Our ideal candidate may have:

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven track record of success within healthcare in infection control or the medical device industry
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
