Account Manager – Recruitment, Full Time - Permanent

We are an Australian and New Zealand based recruitment company who supply a large volume of candidates across Australasia. We are on the lookout for a driven and passionate Account Manager/Recruiter to support our New Zealand based team to develop new business, manage a portfolio of clients and provide and manage skilled and reliable employees daily across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and candidates to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Ability to travel when required operationally
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively address them
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively sourcing and attracting high-caliber candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
  • Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Identify growth opportunities and work to expand our client base
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and progress
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management, communication, interpersonal and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving goals.
  • A solution focused and positive manager that cares for their staff an clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role preferred.
