ABOUT THE ROLE 

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key FMCG clients to foster growth. Work across multiple relationships within your clients' businesses.
• Customer Service & Strategic Guidance: Provide top-tier customer service and strategic guidance to clients.
• Project Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and project updates, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding existing accounts.
• New Business Development: Prospect for new clients and maintain a robust pipeline of new work.

WHAT YOU BRING 

• Industry Experience (essential): Demonstrated success in account management within the packaging, labels, or print industry, preferably in FMCG and/or Food Grade Packaging.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, adept negotiation, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Business Acumen: Strategic thinking and attention to detail are essential.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Tech and numeracy proficiency with experience in CRM systems, Excel, and report generation (sales forecasts, etc.).
