The Role
We have had record breaking growth in bringing new clients on board in 2023. As such, this Account Management role will focus on this robust portfolio of first year clients and any new cliens that come on board in 2024. Your main focus will be:
We have a strong focus on learning and development at BCI and want to ensure we induct you thoroughly into the business to ensure optimal success for you in your role. As such, you will be managed by one of our leading sales managers in our APAC business who will coach and mentor you through your induction period.
Your first 6 months at BCI is focused on 3 core areas:
