The Role

We have had record breaking growth in bringing new clients on board in 2023. As such, this Account Management role will focus on this robust portfolio of first year clients and any new cliens that come on board in 2024. Your main focus will be:

  1. Onboarding new clients – Understanding their business processes, goals and strategies and customising their BCI LeadManager Platform setup accordingly.
  2. Nurture and Grow Relationships –. You’ll utilise our cutting edge Client Management Console which supports you in identifying the health level of each of your clients – knowing which clients require further support and which clients are suitable for upsell opportunities to grow you portfolio.
  3. Renew clients – Throughout each subscription period your goal is to ensure our clients receive a ROI, ultimately renewing their membership with BCI. 

We have a strong focus on learning and development at BCI and want to ensure we induct you thoroughly into the business to ensure optimal success for you in your role. As such, you will be managed by one of our leading sales managers in our APAC business who will coach and mentor you through your induction period. 

Your first 6 months at BCI is focused on 3 core areas:

  1. Gaining a thorough understanding of the Construction Industry
  2. Learning BCI’s products inside out
  3. Understanding best practice consultative sales approaches 

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 2-3 years' experience in previous account management or a business development role having demonstrated success in achieving sales KPI's  
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication as well as client facing interaction
  • A growth mindset with a focus on building a career
  • Driven, enthusiastic and competitive
  • Experience working with a CRM (preferably HubSpot) in your day to day role complemented with a high level of computer literacy & organisational skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Own car & valid driver's license
  • Have a home office
  • Ideally will have experience managing accounts remotely
