Account Manager (Vocational Education)

EarnLearn offers training for careers in Scaffolding, Rigging, Crane Operations, Industrial Rope Access, Electrical, Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying (PGD).

We have an exciting role for an equally passionate Account Manager to help us achieve this. This is a permanent opportunity, based in Dunedin, with travel around the Otago region.

We're seeking a strong advocate for vocational education and workplace learning approaches to join our nation-wide network of Account Managers.  

As an Account Manager you will be part of something great. You’ll thrive in a dynamic role, taking ownership of a portfolio of apprentices, providing essential pastoral care to support their growth and success, and making the most of business development opportunities across the Otago region. 

Your affinity for improving learner outcomes, vocational education, and knowledge of the trades sector in Aotearoa New Zealand will be a welcomed bonus!

In addition, your toolkit will be equipped with:  

• Exceptional people skills, relating to people from all walks of life.
• Experience in account or case management and meeting the needs of clients.
• Strong in relationship management, networking, and customer service experience.
• Great written & verbal communication skills.
• Time management skills, with a future-focus.
• Excellent digital skills – and the aptitude for new technologies. 
• A Full NZ Driver licence.
