We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our busy company to help us operate our workshops. Experience with multi-site business and or B2C and retail would be an advantage. You will need to be reliable and flexible, have an outgoing personality, and be able to and work well in a tight-knit team.
The main responsibilities are;
- Trial balance and full financial reporting
- Tax Compliance (GST, FBT etc)
- General ledger reconciliations
- Asset management
- Account receivables and payables
- Payroll
- Bank account and credit card management
We require excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of Dynamics AX 2012 and Atlas would be beneficial. 5 + years’ experience in a similar role.
There will also be further responsibilities to support the management team and administrative tasks for the office and 12 workshops.
Our office is based in East Tamaki with parking available. The remuneration range for this role will be negotiated based on experience and or qualifications. CA/CPA is not a requirement.
