Accountant - Join a Leading Company

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and supporting various financial activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
• Perform month-end and year-end close procedures, including reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and analyzing financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Support audit and tax preparation processes, including gathering documentation and providing analysis as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, both electronically and physically.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA certification or progress towards CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
