Some More Information About The role
Working 40 hours per week, this role is mostly combined Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (mainly AP), you will take ownership of this space once up to speed. As well as local invoices you will also deal with lots of international imports. You main responsibilities include;
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Preparing and reconciling supplier accounts
- AP balance sheet reconciliations
- General ledger and International Supplier reconciliations
- Manage insurance claims
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
So, Who Are You, And What Is Your Profile? Fit, ownership and ability to communicate is the most important part of this role, so you could be someone more junior who is looking for growth, learning and mentorship, or someone who enjoys this space but just wants to work in a great business. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and hold a high level of attention to detail. You will pride yourself on your accuracy and great time management skills. You will have also worked in a similar position for a minimum of 2 years. Experience with MYOB Greentree is desired but not essential.
