Accounts Assistant

The role

This is a busy full time permanent role located at our HO in Lower Hutt Wellington. The role will require you to work with internal and external customers requiring a professional and proactive approach in the hands-on management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Management and Processing of debtor accounts / assist with accounts receivable tasks and accounts payable tasks


• Managing accounts payable - creditor reconciliations, payment runs


• Maintain proactive and professional communication with key stakeholders.


• Assist with loading / maintaining the shipment file.

Role will include but not limited to:

• Reprinting invoices and account statements


• Perform all functions of accounts payable and accounts receivable


• Maintaining AR and AP files and records


• Reconciling AR and AP accounts where required


• Following up payments and investigating irregularities

About You

A solid working knowledge and experience of end-to-end AR and AP

Experience using Microsoft Suite of Programs & ERP systems
