Accounts Clerk

The Company

My client is a well-respected NZ entity based in the Airport Oaks area. Well known for its services, this is a company can offer stability and a great team environment for you to be part of on a 3-month rolling contract.

The Role

The role of Accounts Clerk will predominantly focus on AP and AR. You will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for the following.

• Enter AP invoices and process payments as required.
• Complete debtor receipting and offset payments.
• Investigate any discrepancies on the Accounts receivable, ensuring any incomplete information is rectified.
• Debtor invoice, and upload customer billing files
• Reconciliation of accounts.
• Ensure AR statements are sent to customers on a regular basis.
• Perform any credit control on outstanding debtors.
• Ad-hoc duties.

Your profile:

We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrated sound experience in the Accounts Clerk space. You will have a hybrid of skills across AP and particularly AR. What is important includes:

• An ability to multi-task
• Be personable & approachable to those in the business
• A strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Xero a preference with strong excel skills
• A can do attitude
