Accounts Payable

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Wiri Station Road Accounts team to ensure the effective and timely performance of all aspects of the accounts payable function.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for fully detailing all job-costing information, crediting and re-entering invoices where required, ensuring month-end cut-off dates are met and making sure that all of your work is completed to the highest standard possible for maximum efficiency. In this role you would also have responsibility for administering the Accounts Payable email inbox, the preparation of supplier account reconciliations, setting up new supplier accounts and other general accounts department functions.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• Accounting qualification with 2+ years' experience working in an accounting department
• Advanced level computer skills using MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong numeracy and reconciliation skills
• Fast and accurate Alpha Numeric data entry skills
• Experience with SAP
