We’re on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator who’s not just great with numbers, invoices and details, but also great with people. If you pride yourself on accuracy, enjoy solving puzzles, and can influence others – this could be your kind of role.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the end-to-end accounts payable process – from matching and coding invoices to processing payments and reconciling statements


• Following up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure everything is on time, accurate, and complete


• Investigating discrepancies and resolving issues quickly and professionally


• Supporting month-end processes and reporting requirements


• Looking for ways to improve processes and make things run more smoothly


• Providing accurate forecasts of expected month-end payments to support cashflow planning


• Being part of a wider finance team that knows how to work hard and have a laugh

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in accounts payable and familiar with high-volume environments and ideally within FMCG


• Detail-obsessed with a sharp eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies


• Confident and curious – not afraid to ask questions, follow up, and challenge when something doesn’t look right


• Resilient and organised, especially when the pressure’s on


• A strong communicator who can build good relationships across teams and with suppliers


• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (experience with ERP systems is a bonus)
