About the role | Mō te tūranga:
Our Finance Department is currently on the hunt for a dedicated, enthusiastic and competent Accounts Receivable Officer. This is a permanent, full-time position of 40 hours per week. 

You will be responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and timely financial, clerical, and administrative support. Your key focus will be on processing invoices and receipts, as well as investigating and resolving account discrepancies and customer enquiries. This role plays a vital part in maintaining smooth financial operations and ensuring high standards of service and accuracy across the accounts receivable function.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Extensive experience exceeding 5 years in Accounts Receivable.


• Strong task prioritisation and time management skills.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


• High attention to detail and process implementation capability.


• Professional, mature, and discreet conduct.
  


• Healthcare sector experience (preferred).


• Self-motivated with initiative and a proactive mindset.


• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.


• Adaptable, forward-thinking, and solutions focused.


• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
