Accounts Receivable plus more Pokeno 20-30 hours P/Week

ABOUT THIS POSITION
This is a brand-new position you can make your own. Our client is cool, the work is varied, and the office is located at the top of a chicken farm!

The role is accounts receivable with a bit more in the mix. We are on the hunt for a down to earth Finance Extraordinaire who thinks on their feet, sees a problem - solves it, and excited to embrace a new challenge every day.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Customer invoicing and submission of payment claims
• Retention
• Debtor Management and Credit Control
• Reconciliations
• Internal auditing of Job Activity for billing
• General Administration
• Cashflow management support
• Experience with Xero essential

ABOUT YOU
With previous financial experience, you will be self-motivated, solutions focused and able to work autonomously. Driven by attention to detail and with the ability to juggle multiple tasks you will have the opportunity implement efficiency improvements.

This is a fantastic position to showcase your full suite of skills with the opportunity to pick up more. A financial qualification would be preferred but not essential.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our client specialises in civil landscaping, streetscapes, developments, re-vegetation, erosion control & environmental works for land development projects throughout New Zealand.

For more than 40 years they have work across a range of industries including Retirement Villages, Council Contracts, Roading Construction, Subdivisions, Infrastructure Projects & Forestry and been extensively involved in the rehabilitation of mines, landfills & quarries. In the domestic market they provide lawn & landscaping services for both residential & commercial customers. With a staff of 110 and locations in Auckland, Waikato, Lower North Island and Christchurch who would have thought this company works out of little ole Pokeno from a Chicken Farm!
