Admin Assistant

Much Moore Ice Cream Company is a Leading Ice Cream Manufacturer and a significant exporter.  Our products are loved all over New Zealand and abroad.  

We are a small, friendly team and we are looking for someone with enthusiasm and initiative to join us.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an Admin team
• Proactive and helpful
• Process and solutions orientated
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team
• The ability to make improvements
• Some previous experience working with accounts payable and customer service would be very advantageous 
• Experience coordinating export orders and shipments would also be an advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

• We are looking for an allrounder who enjoys variety in their day 
• Assisting the accounts processes 
• Interfacing with customers and ensuring orders are processed and dispatched on time 
• Perform general administrative tasks
• Support other team members and departments with ad hoc tasks as required
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
