Our business is expanding, and we are looking for an Accounts/Admin superstar.
This position will suit an experienced office and accounts person who thrives in a quickly changing environment and can multitask easily and efficiently. You will be a good communicator, a forward thinker, problem solver and will take ownership of your role. Eager to learn and grow in this role.
Tasks include:
- Planning, coordinating and managing all administrative procedures and systems.
- Managing Creditors reconciliation and reporting
- Factory Payroll management and compliance – up to 25 staff.
- Supply Chain Support
- Providing administrative support to the CEO
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Supporting Factory Procurement
- Day to day office and administrative duties
- Support with Purchasing
