About your new role This administration role is part of a small, supportive team. The team works hard, but we also have fun and help each other out. We will train you to have a thorough understanding of our business and the complexities of our invoicing processes. The role offers variety, challenges, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the company’s performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Data-entry of job information into our hire-management system and invoicing.
- Liaising with GHL managers and customers to resolve queries.
- Debtor's management for short-term hires.
- Following up with customers regarding potential re-hires.
- Assisting with stock management processes.
- Client database management.
About you To be successful in this role you will need:
- No previous administration experience required as full training will be provided.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service experience.
- A great outgoing personality.
- The confidence to work under pressure and deal efficiently with a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work as part of a team to grow our business.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software will be an advantage.
