Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct administration assistance to our Associate/Senior team. 
  • Assisting Associate/Senior team with errands that may prohibit time spent in the office.
  • Assisting wider team with administrative tasks.
  • Diary and Calendar Management.
  • Preparing presentations. 
  • Updating online software platforms.
  • Template updates and formatting.
  • Assisting with the organization of events when required. 
  • Assisting with bundling and scanning documents.
  • Reception administration and cover when required. 

Our Requirements:

  • Quick learner with an excellent grasp of MS Office.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Robust time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, reporting skills.
  • Be a team player, ready to contribute to our culture of innovation.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Be capable of working autonomously, while thriving in a team setting.

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • A friendly and approachable attitude is non-negotiable.
  • Experience with Actionstep is advantageous but not required.

A friendly and approachable attitude is a must. 

The role is a permanent role Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. This role is challenging, busy, and very rewarding. It offers the potential to take on more responsibilities in the future and offers a great work-life balance. We even have carparks!
