Job Description - Administration Manager - Leading Industry Pay

About the Company:

This is a unique administration manager role working with a well-known NZ business. Offering free parking in the CBD, discounts with retailers and growth and development opportunities. This role would suit somebody with people management experience, skills in reporting and those who have high attention to detail.

About the Role:
 
  • Oversee the administrative function, including email correspondence and inquiries. Monitor the flow of administrative tasks and trends in workflow, ensuring efficient allocation of work and timely responses.
  • Facilitate weekly uploads of debt data to collection agencies, utilising Excel skills for data analysis/ reporting and comparison.
  • Maintain key relationships with external partners such as mail houses and debt collection agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with legal support, when necessary, particularly in dispute tribunals, to address legal inquiries or concerns.
  • Generate daily reports on key performance metrics, including appeal processing, email response times, and debt collection activities.

About You:
 
  • You will ideally have people leadership experience or experience of managing workload for a team.
  • You will have experience in an administration manager/ Senior administration role or Sales support role.
  • You will have experience working with data/ reports and have the ability to analyse data picking up trends/ discrepancies.
  • You will have strong written verbal and communication skills.
  • You will have high attention to detail.
