Job Description - Administration Team Leader (Float)

The Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Administration Team Leader to join and support our Tremains offices throughout the Central Region.

This full-time role involves traveling to various Tremains offices to provide coverage for our Office Administrators during their leave. While your work will be based in and covering our 4 Hawke’s Bay offices, you will also be required to travel to our offices in Taupo, Rotorua, Wairarapa, and Levin as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing listings
  • Co-ordinating property marketing
  • Assisting with print advertising
  • Website / internet marketing
  • Property research
  • Preparing appraisals for agents
  • Database marketing
  • Processing sales documentation
  • Reception cover
  • Training of other administrators

 

Previous administration experience is essential and experience in the real estate industry with prior experience in Property Suite would be highly desirable.
