We have a great role available for someone, starting in ASAP or early July for the next 3-6 months and likely longer, with possible permanent work later in the year. Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to become a valuable member of their busy and supportive team.

Duties include:

• General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Managing correspondence and communication (emails, phone calls, mail)
• Reception duties
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Other adhoc office support duties as required.

To be considered you would ideally have:

• Proven reception/administration experience
• A can-do, professional and friendly manner
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Ability to work well within a team
