We are seeking two enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admissions Advisers to join the Admissions team within Academic Services. This vital administrative role supports the University's admissions process and ensures the timely and accurate assessment of applications.

In this role, you will:

• Assess domestic and international applications for admission in line with University policy and established criteria.
• Process associated documentation within agreed timeframes and service standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective students, agents, and internal stakeholders—primarily via email and online platforms.
• Provide information and guidance on course options, entry requirements, and the admissions process.
• Make informed decisions aligned with established policies and maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

The roles are full-time, 37.5 hours per week, on a permanent basis. The salary range is $62,400 - $66,800 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will thrive in a high-volume, structured environment and take pride in following processes and getting the details right. While this is not a public-facing customer service role, your written communication will be clear, professional, and student-focused.

You’ll also bring:

• Confidence using digital tools and databases.
• The ability to make informed decisions within policy frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience using Microsoft Excel is desirable but not essential. We are open to training the right candidate with the right attitude and potential.
