Adviser Partner Manager

The Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with insurance advisers and promote the benefits of various insurance products. By partnering with external advisors and by advocating for certain products, you'll support and enable those advisers to offer tailored solutions to their clients. This role will primarily partner with external insurance advisers, driving high levels of adviser support contributing to strong customer outcomes and satisfaction. This role will also have a focus on managing internal relationships to ensure continuity of service and strong outcomes for advisers and their clients.

Key skills and attributes:

• Proven success in a relationship management role as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager or Business Development Manager.
• Previous experience working as a trusted partner to professionals who provide advice and solutions to their customers.
• Professional and proactive with a positive attitude.
• Proven ability to articulate intangible benefits and values of technically complex insurance products.
• Resilient, solutions-focused, tenacious, persuasive, empathetic.

Success in this role hinges on your ability to cultivate and maintain relationships. You'll represent the value proposition clearly and effectively, providing unwavering support to advisers. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the capacity to navigate multiple stakeholders with ease.

Experience within the health or life insurance industry would be beneficial but not essential. This role will also include some local travel within the region where you work so a vehicle will be needed. Car allowances are included.
