Job Description - Adviser Support Administrator- Life and Health - Room for Advancement

Join a team of expert Advisers in the Insurance Industry in a newly created Adviser support role within their Life/Health team.

Your role will include meticulously processing policy applications, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This position serves as a foundational pillar in a commitment to providing reliable insurance solutions and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administration support in all aspects of the business.
  • Assisting in the administration of the new business and claims process for Advisers from beginning to end. This includes liaising with advisers and insurers, following up on information required to complete applications, updating the database.
  • Managing through to completion queries from the existing client base. This may include change of address, alterations, updating bank details.
  • Managing and administering the client Renewal and Arrears process.
  • Manage the Mapping and Data Feed process in the CRM tool.
  • Liaise with clients to obtain information required to complete their application.
  • Liaise with Insurers
  • Document management and quality assurance checking.
  • Composing of emails, letters and correspondence to clients as required.
  • Managing, updating, and entering all client information into our CRM tool (Xplan)
